Just because your summer vacation budget is small doesn’t mean you have to settle for a camping trip in the backyard this year. You can still head to huge theme parks to try out the new roller coasters this summer thanks to all of the great deals that are being touted.
There are more theme park discounts this season than ever before because of the economic crunch. Theme parks realize everyone is strapped for cash so their hopes are to lure more visitors with offers of discounted food, accommodations, and admission. Here are some of the best deals of the season:
Orlando
If you book a hotel/theme park ticket package at the Walt Disney World Resort by July 26th for a stay between August 16th and October 3rd, you can get free food. The plan includes a daily restaurant meal, fast food meal, and snack from a theme park eatery. Rates start at $1390 and up to four people can stay in a room.
Traveling with kids? Check out the Universal Orlando Resort’s kids free package. For as little as $533, you can get a package that includes park admission and four nights of accommodation at an off-site hotel. Book the package by July 31st for a stay by October 8th.
Buy a three night package at Busch Entertainment Worlds of Discovery and get two nights free. The package includes unlimited admission for four to two theme parks of your choice – Sea World and Busch Gardens or Sea World and Aquatica. Book the package by September 1st for a stay by December 31 to seal the deal. Package prices start as low as $637 for four.
